Razortrim Studio – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Razortrim mobile application (the “App”), operated by Razortrim Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The Razortrim Service
Razortrim is a booking platform that allows users to discover barbers and book appointments. Razortrim does not provide barbering or grooming services itself.
All barbers and studios listed on the App are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate,
complete, and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Bookings & Appointments
When you make a booking through the App, you are entering into an agreement directly with the barber or studio, not with Razortrim.
Availability, pricing, services, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-show policies are determined by the barber or studio.
Razortrim is not responsible for the quality of services provided, missed appointments, or disputes between users and barbers.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
Razortrim does not store full card or payment details.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by the barber’s or studio’s policies unless otherwise stated.
Razortrim is not responsible for resolving payment disputes between users and barbers but may provide support where reasonably possible.
User Photos and Haircut Images
As part of the service, barbers may take photographs of completed haircuts using the App.
Photos may only be taken with the user’s consent at the time the photo is captured.
These images may be:
Linked to the user’s booking or profile
Used by the barber for portfolio, record-keeping, or service reference purposes
Displayed within the App where relevant (for example, booking history or barber portfolios), subject to user consent and privacy settings
Users may request removal or deletion of their images by contacting razwansam@gmail.com or through available in-app options.
Barbers are responsible for ensuring they obtain valid consent before capturing or using any images. Razortrim does not take responsibility for images captured or misused outside the App or without proper consent.
Loyalty Program
Loyalty points, rewards, and tiers have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue loyalty features at any time.
Abuse, manipulation, or misuse of loyalty features may result in account suspension or termination.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
Upload or share content you do not have the right to share
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security, functionality, or infrastructure
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
You breach these Terms
You misuse the App or harm other users or barbers
Required by law, regulation, or security concerns
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting razwansam@gmail.com.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images (excluding user-uploaded or barber-captured content), and software, is owned by or licensed to Razortrim Studio.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment providers or sign-in services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or completeness of listings
Quality or suitability of services provided by barbers or studios
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Razortrim Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Razortrim is not liable for acts, omissions, or services provided by barbers or studios
Razortrim’s total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Razortrim in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data and images are collected, used, and protected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
